Chuffed is a fundraising platform for non-profits, charities and social enterprises. Chuffed was built to make sure that even if you’re only able to give $1 of your money or a minute of your time, you know that you, along with hundreds of other generous people are building a more awesome world.

The team at Chuffed are changing the way those of us in the non-profit world go about raising funds. They start by hunting out great organisations doing extraordinary things in our community. They screen to make sure they’re legitimate and have a great project that’ll make a difference. Then they put them online for you to choose from.

Community Builder first partnered with Chuffed on the Project 1 Million campaign, and supports Community Builder clients to achieve their fundraising goals.

FUNDING PARTNERS

HMSTrust.png

Helen Macpherson Smith Trust is an independent philanthropic trust established by Helen Macpherson Schutt (née Smith) in 1951. On her passing in 1951, Helen left £275,000, the majority of her wealth, to establish a perpetual philanthropic trust to benefit Victorian charitable institutions.

As at 30 June 2017, HMSTrust has approved $117 million in grants to a wide range of Victorian charitable institutions and a diverse range of projects benefiting Victorians every year.

Helen Macpherson Smith Trust awarded C31 Melbourne an Impact Grant for 2018-19 to support the establishment of a sustainable social enterprise unit, “Community Builder”, which works to build the digital capacity of Victoria’s not-for-profit sector by developing communication campaigns that aid the activities of partner organisations.

Funding from Helen Macpherson Smith Trust allows C31 to dedicate staff and technical resources to delivering online video projects that support the goals, activities and business models of Victorian non-profit organisations.
